We strive to make your LED lighting solution fit both your business and your expectations. But how do we exactly work to meet your needs and expectations as a professional business?

The process begins with a phone call to us, when you need energy efficient lighting to your project. Chances are that you will get Rune, founder and CEO of Lumega, on the line. He has a vast experience as a lighting consultant and has worked on various large lighting projects both in Denmark and internationally. If it is not Rune you get a hold of, you will be in the hands of an equally experienced employee of the Lumega team. Based on the information you provide us with, we will start planning a lighting solution that fits your needs and requirements. We hereafter send you a document you need to accept – but if you have changes to the plan sent to you, we will jump straight back to the drawing board, no questions asked.

Upon your accept we hand your project on to our talented lighting designers. We are quite proud of our team of lighting designers, as they are educated, talented and ambitious – and we even provide their services to you for free. If needed, our lighting designers will engage in a close dialogue with you to match the specification with your expectations. When they have the information they need, they will compile an illustration of how your lighting solution is going to look.

The lighting designers will then provide the calculators of the Lumega team with specifications to ensure that you get the right luminaires to the right price. You will receive a comprehensive report, as well as product samples to your project. Hereafter it is only a matter of time before you have an electrician at your doorstep, ready to install your lighting

Do you manage an electrician company or electrical contracting company?

The process of our business is naturally a bit different when we are working with electricians or electrical contractors. This is mainly because we are then two businesses both working to please our customers.

When we are working with electricians or electrical contractors the process begins with an open tender procedure. Before we engage the actual dialogue we pick the right lighting designer and calculator based on the specifications of the tender. When the right team is picked we open the dialogue with the customer to ensure that there are no vital questions our doubt about the project. If there are no further questions, we start designing and planning the lighting solution.

The lighting designer or calculator will be in touch during the entire process. When the lighting designer and calculator together have found the right luminaires to the project, we compile the final offer in line with the tender. Hereafter it is only a matter of getting the last details finalized before the complete lighting solution is on the way to the doorstep of the electrician or electrical contractor.
