Lumega consists of 20 employees who work in different parts of the World and we have approx. 10 employees in our office on Vesterbrogade, Copenhagen. Therefore, you thrive in a small business with constant change and development. At Lumega, we have extensive knowledge and an on-boarding process which ensures a smooth running-in of our new employees. There is a great focus on close cohesion between the employees and this is maintained with Friday events at the end of the month and four annual major events with fun activities. For the Lumega team, a new employee means a lot, which is why we never look for just another candidate. We are looking for the candidate who fits in well with the team.
